Refund Policy

Creem acts as an authorised reseller for purchases of software and other digital products created by independent developers ("Vendors"). visitsangemini.com is a Vendor of products (subscriptions to the publishing platform for businesses) sold through Creem.
This Policy explains when you may withdraw from a Transaction and/or receive a refund, and how to request it. It applies to Transactions completed by Consumers and Businesses.
If local consumer protection laws or the Vendor of a Product provide additional or non-waivable rights, the higher level of protection will always apply. Nothing in this Policy limits the mandatory rights of consumers.

This Policy is part of the Creem Buyer Terms and Conditions and is subject to their terms and definitions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Creem Buyer Terms and Conditions prevail.

This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the service, of which it forms an integral part.
2. Global Refund Policy
- 2.1. Unless required by applicable law, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- 2.2. Creem may issue refunds at its discretion (sec. 6) or where an applicable statutory right of withdrawal or refund is exercised (sec. 3).
- 2.3. No refunds will be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative conduct.
- 2.4. This Policy does not prejudice consumer rights in relation to Products that do not match the description, are defective or are unfit for purpose (sec. 5).
- 2.5. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable statutory or discretionary period described below.
- 2.6. Where a refund is granted in accordance with this Policy, access to the relevant Product ceases.
3. Country-Specific Rules
3.1. Where local consumer protection laws provide "unconditional" rights of withdrawal, those rights prevail over this Policy and any Vendor policy. In the event of regional differences, Creem applies the highest protection standard of the relevant country.
3.2. European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
- 3.2.1. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain digital content and service contracts and are entitled to a full refund.
- 3.2.2. The right of withdrawal applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments, except in the circumstances described in point 3.2.3. If a subscription includes a free trial period, a new 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal starts at the end of that period.
- 3.2.3. If the Transaction was completed in the United Kingdom with an annual subscription, a new 14-day period starts from the automatic renewal of the subscription for a further year.
- 3.2.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content Products that have begun to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used, where explicit consent to waive the rights of withdrawal has been given.
- 3.2.5. To exercise this right, the refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of the Transaction (sec. 4).
3.3. Türkiye / Israel
- 3.3.1. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain digital content and service contracts and are entitled to a full refund.
- 3.3.2. To exercise this right, the refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the date of the Transaction (sec. 4).
3.4. South Korea / Brazil / China
- 3.4.1. Consumers have an unconditional 7-day right of withdrawal for digital content or service contracts after delivery and are entitled to a full refund.
- 3.4.2. To exercise this right, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the Transaction (sec. 4).
3.5. Canada
- 3.5.1. Consumers have an unconditional 7-day right of withdrawal for digital content or service contracts after delivery and are entitled to a full refund.
- 3.5.2. To exercise this right, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the Transaction (sec. 4).

3.6. Singapore
- 3.6.1. Consumers have an unconditional 5-day right of withdrawal for digital content or services after delivery or first access and are entitled to a full refund.
- 3.6.2. To exercise this right, the refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the date of the Transaction (sec. 4).
4. How to Withdraw and Request a Refund
4.1. To withdraw, cancel and/or request a refund, contact Creem using one of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the Transaction confirmation email;
- Submit a request via the support link provided in the receipt or on your account's billing page; or
- Visit creem.io and select the "Request a refund" option.
4.2. If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of the request being approved.
4.3. Creem's transaction records will be used to verify eligibility and timing, but will not override statutory rights.
4.4. If in doubt about the Transaction details or refund eligibility, contact Creem at creem.io.
4.5. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. From the moment of cancellation or expiry, the 30-day grace period described in the Terms and Conditions (sec. 11) applies: once that period has elapsed, account and content are permanently deleted and any new subscription starts from scratch.
5. Refunds for Technical or Product Defects
In the event of persistent technical problems with the purchased Product, or a material defect preventing access to the features as described:

- If the problem cannot be resolved, contact the Creem support team (sec. 4), providing the details of the problem and any response received from the Vendor;
- Where there is evidence of a technical or material Product defect, Creem will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Discretionary Refunds
6.1. Creem may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if the request is submitted within 14 days of the date of the Transaction. Submitting the request within that period does not guarantee a refund.
6.2. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Creem may consider factors such as the nature of the Product, the reason for the request, usage and the applicable contractual terms, approving a full refund, a partial refund or declining the request.
6.3. Any discretionary refund is voluntary and creates no obligation for the future, including for similar requests. Creem's decision does not waive any right or remedy under the agreements or applicable law.
7. Add-ons and One-Time Transactions
7.1. Any add-ons linked to a main subscription expire when the main subscription ends, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Refund eligibility for add-ons and one-time transactions follows the same criteria as the main transaction, unless otherwise provided by local law.
7.3. Content that is delivered and immediately and fully accessible may be non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
8.1. You are encouraged to contact Creem before filing a chargeback request or initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
8.2. In the event of a chargeback or reversal, access to the Product may be temporarily suspended during the review.
8.3. Upon receipt of the chargeback, Creem will provide the payment provider with the payment details and, where relevant, the consent to the waiver of statutory rights.
8.4. This is without prejudice to your legitimate rights to dispute a charge under card scheme rules or consumer protection regulations.
9. Updates to this Policy
9.1. Creem may update this Policy from time to time.
9.2. The version in force at the time of the Transaction governs that transaction. You are advised to save or print a copy for your records.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is subject to the applicable law, complaints and dispute resolution provisions set out in the Creem Buyer Terms and Conditions and, insofar as the Vendor is concerned, by the Terms and Conditions of visitsangemini.com.
